These terms say how this desk works. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer, and they do not create a result you were not promised.
21+ policy.
You may use this site only if you are 21 or older. Eighteen is not sufficient. The age gate applies to every page. Booking requires a separate confirmation that you are 21 or older. This desk does not coach minors and does not direct its content at anyone under 21. If you are under 21, leave.
Coaching is not therapy.
Sessions, pages, and the intake are coaching. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not crisis care. Read the ethics on coaching and referral. If you need a clinician, use a clinician.
No outcome is promised.
Nothing on this site guarantees a date, a relationship, a reply, social status, income, or any other result. Examples of practice are not testimonials. This desk does not publish client results because it does not publish client identities.
How you treat people.
You are responsible for your conduct. The desk does not teach or endorse deception, pressure, or ignoring a no. A request to do those things is outside the terms and will be declined.
The intake.
Saving a draft does not create an appointment, a contract, or a duty to reply. Email delivery is not connected. See the privacy page for what the browser stores.
Changes.
Pages may be edited. The version on the site when you read it is the version that applies to that visit. These terms are a plain-language statement. They do not invent a court, a company registration, or a phone number that is not printed here.
